“The hearts of men are in the hands of God; like rivers of water
He carries them wherever He wills”.
-Sr.Wilson
On October 24, 2024 we Juniors Sr. Sneha Rose Kocheri Varghese, Sr. Mariya Josphine Sornamary and Sr. Anuratha Sual Singh from the Delegation of St. Francis of Assisi, India replied for his divine call through our 1st renewal of vows. It was held at Sr. Mary Wilson Community’s chapel. the ceremony was presided over by Rev.Fr.Jhonson Mudavassery OCD and the vows received by Sr.Ana Rita Nunes Araujo, the 3rd councillor, General Economy and delegate of Mother General Sr.Cacilda Rosa Joaquim Torcida Gamboa, during Eucharistic celebration.
It was a great moment of one juniorate. “Renewation” makes us new in this religious life, we are renewing our relationship with God who called us out of darkness into his wonderful light. The vows that we made, reminds us the convent between us and Jesus and the first desire to follow him.
The bible word, “My grace sufficient for you” encourage us to approach him persistently till the end of our lives. Therefore, let the spirit of God help us and prompt our lives to burn our love for Jesus Zealously.
We thank our Congregation especially to Mother General and her Councillors for granting us Permission to renew our vows, and serve God as Victorians. With grateful heart we do remember all the sisters, our Mistress who supports us through her prayers and guidance in our life. We ask your valuable prayers and we do assure our prayers.
My beloved is mine and I am His (song of songs,6:3)
This pharse from the Bible always makes me to strengthen my vocation, also gives deep meaning for me to live as a consecrated sister.During this 1year of my journey I experience the love of Jesus Christ also I firmly believe the words of our founderess,”GOD KNOWS WHAT IS BEST FOR ME”.(sr.Wilson).so whatever comes in my life is always best.
